About Arthayan
Arthayan is a startup ecosystem enabler with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship in India. They partner up with incubators to jointly run curated acceleration programs consisting of experiential workshops, masterclasses, knowledge sessions, and mentoring.
They also work alongside VCs to help them scout innovative startups for investments, and occassionally invest in them through their angel syndicate, Arthayan Ventures. Additionally, they partner with corporates to explore strategic connections for startups.
Brief
Curate events and experiences and operationalize them to engage the community
Strategize and prepare case studies for incubators to upsell acceleration programs
Prepare business strategies and conceptualize service-related decks for sales collaterals
Creating the Event IP
Arthayan has it's own event IP: The Startup Network. The idea was to create a space for the ecosystem players:

Professionals and enablers
The space works at the intersection of knowledge sharing, exchanging business, making introductions, fundraising, pitching, and even as a way to hangout, network, and unwind.

Company Profile: Broke down the services offered into verticals and prepared a company profile to provide an overview of Arthayan's capabilities.

Case Studies: Arthayan runs a lot of acceleration and capacity building programs. This deck serves as a measure to showcase the work done.
Earlier, there was no consolidated deck, making it a bad CX to share multiple decks. Now, this consolidated deck splits programs into various categories, making it easier for prospects to see the work done and understand the breadth of activities Arthayan can do.
I brainstormed this flow to ensure a consistent flow of information gets conveyed with ease.
