Vodex’s content earlier relied too much on blogs. Now, that in itself isn’t a bad move, but it’s not a complete strategy.
For organic presence to thrive, the strategy needed a mix of:

How Vodex helps overcome compliance challenges
Product explainers
Industry-wise examples of how Vodex performs
This content also helped sales teams to use them in their pitches. The insights we dug came through the data shared by the sales and the product team. It helped us speak directly as to what the consumers needed.
The Videos
CRM Integration Announcement Video
Brief: In the collections industry, there are only a few CRMs available for the agencies. With voice AI gaining popularity, agencies want to make a switch, but most voice AI providers just provide voice capabilities and not the CRM.
Vodex decided to pursue the avenue of offering voice AI integrations to these niche CRM providers, ensuring agencies get voice AI + CRM, all baked into a single platform.
AI v/s IVR
Brief: This is one of the hottest topics in the voice AI space. It's also one that drives high search intent.
We created a video of how voice AI is different and multiple steps ahead of the IVR systems. The video covers one scenario from debt collections that explain what customers typically go through when dealing with one such system.
Debt Collection Capabilities and Use-case
Brief: This video was a part of the series we planned. The idea was to record actual calls and play out scenarios to showcase the use-case examples, which could be industry-wise or scenario-based like lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and more.
This helped prospects understand what voice AI can do, how it can be trained, and the capabilities it possesses.
